Let's celebrate 117 years of union and red and white passion together.

What a great moment to celebrate one more year of life of our beloved Chivas together! It has been 117 years of believing in the talent of the Mexican people and of promoting Fraternity, Union and Sports, the motto that has given us our identity and that has during this semester been reflected in the great moment that our club is experiencing in all areas.

The current year has been one of total reinvention at all levels. Amaury Vergara entrusted Fernando Hierro, a world-class figure with proven ability in Sports Management, with the mission of putting El Rebaño in its rightful place and in the process he has provided him with all the tools for the project to move towards success.

"Without the growth of the basic forces and their coaches who help in the formation of players, it will be impossible to grow in everything else," said the Spaniard on the day of his presentation, and his words were not empty.

Just on the day of our anniversary, all the categories of our #CanteraRojiblanca are in the run-up to the Grand Final of their respective circuit. El Tapatío defeated Tlaxcala 3-3 on aggregate in the MX Expansion League (they advanced by virtue of their better position in the standings), the Under-20s clearly beat Santos 6-5 on aggregate and the Under-18s dispatched none other than the super leader of their circuit by defeating Tigres 1-3 on aggregate.

On the one hand, but what can we say about the First Team today? Under the guidance of Veljko Paunovic, Guadalajara achieved its best campaign in years, equaling its best record in the history of short tournaments with 34 points, 10 wins and 28 goals scored in the regular phase, which has allowed it to qualify directly for the Quarterfinals for the first time since the reinstatement of the playoffs in 2020.

But beyond the sporting results, 'Pauno' has achieved something invaluable in a very short time: he gave the team an identity, an eye-catching style of play and a total connection with the Red-and-White Nation. In UNIDAD, the team, coaching staff, board of directors and fans are looking forward to celebrating El Rebaño Sagrado's 13th title in three more weeks.

Special mention must be made of Chivas Femenil, which under the management of Nelly Simón has reaped the rewards of the professionalization process undertaken since her arrival at the institution. Under the leadership of Juan Pablo Alfaro, 2023 looks like it will be possible to repeat the feats of last year, when they won the Liga MX Femenil title and the Champion of Champions of the soccer year, as Las Chingonas have it in their hands to once again finish as super leaders of the competition with 2 games remaining and if they achieve this, they would also be the team with the most points in the Apertura 2022-Clausura 2023 cycle.

Moments like the ones we are living show that together, team and fans, are a representation of the unbreakable strength of Mexicans and that there is no feat that can stop us as long as we are united, humble and work as a team.

Las Chivas Rayadas del Guadalajara are about their people and for their people. That is why, today more than ever and permanently, we must uphold the name with which we were founded on May 8, 1906: UNION.

LET'S CELEBRATE 117 YEARS OF RED AND WHITE PASSION TOGETHER!!!!
