For these days of preparation in the Mexican Caribbean, El Rebaño's coach and his technical staff considered several elements from the youth academy to be part of this work. David Nungaray / Under 18 and Under 23
- Goalkeeper with good skills under the 3 posts, a good goalkeeper with interesting leadership skills.
Sebastián Liceaga / Under 18 and Under 23
- Goalkeeper with great reflexes, a resourceful goalkeeper who is skillful when playing his area. Using his feet he also has good criteria for exits, besides his clearance is usually precise and his low passes are good as well.
Luis Rey / Tapatío
- Central defender with good physical strength, which allows him to impose himself in aerial and ground duels. He has a good exit with the ball in control, his ground passes usually give advantage to the second or third line receiver.
Leonardo Sepulveda / First Team and Tapatío
- He is a left-footed defender who can play as a center back or left back. Last tournament he was very active with Fernando Gago's team, he is capable of breaking lines with varied passes or with his lead, in addition to competing in aerial play and has shown qualities to defend in the open field. He participated in the preseason of the previous semester in Verde Valle.
Ariel Castro / U18 and U23
- He is an inside midfielder who has a great dribbling ability, so he usually imposes himself in most of the times in individual duels. He usually feels comfortable playing with his back to goal, as he has a great turn and an outstanding interpretation of the game.
Gibran Ortiz / Under 23 and Tapatío
- Attacker on both wings, very agile in changes of direction and with an interesting change of pace. He is quite dangerous in driving from outside to inside, so he could be a good resource for Fernando Gago.
Armando González / First Team and U23
- Attacker who has a good release, especially behind or on the sides of the defenders. He is good at pressing in the opponent's exit and has also left important signs of his efficiency as a scorer. He participated in the preseason of the previous semester in Verde Valle.
