Guadalajara closed their preparation to face FC Juárez and this Saturday afternoon they will meet again at the Akron Stadium with the Rojiblanca Nation for the duel on matchday 6 of the Apertura 2024.
Chivas will be looking to remain undefeated at the Fortaleza Rojiblanca and Fernando Gago has 22 players to choose from. However, there are a couple of absentees with respect to the previous call-up.
Mateo Chávez suffered an injury to his right ankle a couple of weeks ago and is expected to complete his rehabilitation process in the next few days to join the group work. In addition, Leo Sepúlveda was injured during the game against Tigres and after undergoing tests, an injury to the deltoid ligament of his left ankle was found; his return to the field will be subject to the evolution he shows in the next few weeks.
Javier Hernández and Gilberto Chiquete are in the final phase of their respective recovery processes.
