Chivas, Akron Stadium and Omnilife are committed to concrete actions in favor of the environment, which is why Revive, an initiative that promotes sustainability in order to optimize processes, is becoming increasingly relevant, with results that are already a reality.
Currently, Fortaleza Rojiblanca converts 40% of its waste into recoverable and recyclable materials. In addition, 25% of the pruning and gardening is used to make compost, which is later used for the maintenance of our green areas.
This also permeates the Chivas Store, where we have completely discarded the use of plastic and implemented biodegradable bags made from corn starch. Likewise, events such as the Chivas JV Cup and the Rebaño Tournament have opted for the digitalization of their processes and have avoided the use of more than 252 thousand sheets of paper, which would have had a very high environmental impact.
This is just the beginning of a path that aims to take decisive steps that will allow the Omnilife-Chivas Group, Akron Stadium and the Rojiblanco Nation to live a sustainable and 100% environmentally friendly experience.
